Children's Ministry

From Sunday School to Vacation Bible School... we are especially interested in ministries to children and young people.

Youth Group

Our youth group worships God through Bible Study, service, sharing faith, and growing to become more Christlike. And has a lot of fun doing so!

Prayer Group

...at the church... Monday through Saturday at 7 AM.

Women's Ministry

This ministry offers opportunities for friendship, Christian service and personal growth.

Sunday Service

We gather in corporate worship to honor God and encourage one another.

Bible Reading

If you would like to read the entire Bible in 2012, a Bible reading plan is available in the foyer...

Bible Study

"Study to shew thyself approved unto God... rightly dividing the word of truth." (2 Timothy 2:15)

What Will God’s Word Do For Me

What will it do for me?

Revives me

  • "My soul clings to the dust; revive me according to your your Word." (Psalm 119:25)

Sanctifies me

  • "Sanctify them by your truth; Your Word is truth." (John 17:17)

Cleanses me

  • "How can a young man cleans his way: by taking heed according to your Word." (Psalm 119:9)

What can it become to me?

Penetrating

  • "The Word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart." (Hebrews 4:12)

Purifying

  • "Is not my Word like a fire, says the Lord. . ." (Jeremiah 23:29)

Powerful

  • ". . . and like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces?" (Jeremiah 23:29)

Protecting

  • "Take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God." (Ephesians 6:17)

How should it be treated by me?

Love it

  • "Oh, how I love your law!" (Psalm 119:97)

Meditate on it

  • "I meditate on your precepts and consider your ways." (Psalm 119:15)

Search it

  • "Diligently study the Scriptures because by them you possess eternal life." (John 5:39)

Feed on it

  • "When your words came, I ate them; they were my joy and my heart's delight." (Jeremiah 15:16)

Hold firmly to it

  • "Hold firmly to the trustworthy message as it has been taught, so that you can encourage others by sound doctrine and refute those who oppose it." (Titus 1:9)

Preach it

  • "Preach the Word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage—with great patience and careful instruction." (2 Timothy 4:2)

Delight in it

  • "I delight in your decrees; I will not neglect your Word." (Psalm 119:16)
